These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://globalteamups.com ("Website") and the recruitment services provided by Global TeamUps Pty Ltd (ACN 699 387 892) ("Global TeamUps", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Global TeamUps provides recruitment and talent-sourcing services connecting employers with skilled workers, including candidates sourced from overseas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• advertising job vacancies on behalf of employers;
• targeted recruitment and headhunting;
• candidate skills assessment and pre-screening; and
• assistance with visa and work-entitlement processes in partnership with registered migration agents.

Employers engaging Global TeamUps agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information about vacancies, including role requirements, remuneration, and working conditions;
• comply with all applicable Australian employment, workplace-health-and-safety, and anti-discrimination laws;
• ensure that any offer of employment complies with the relevant Modern Award or enterprise agreement;
• not engage a candidate introduced by Global TeamUps without our knowledge or without paying the agreed placement fee; and
• notify us promptly if a placed candidate's employment is terminated within any applicable guarantee period.

Candidates registering with or engaging Global TeamUps agree to:

• provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in all forms and communications;
• hold all qualifications, licences, and work entitlements they represent themselves as holding;
• notify us immediately of any change to their visa status or work entitlements; and
• not misrepresent their skills, experience, or availability.

Fees for employer services are agreed separately in a written engagement letter or service agreement.

Fees will be charged for skills assessment and pathway advice. Administration fees may be charged to maintain your details on file.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Global TeamUps and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global TeamUps excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, or economic loss) arising from:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Website;
• reliance on information published on the Website;
• the conduct or performance of any candidate or employer introduced through our services; or
• any delay, interruption, or error in our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in the course of the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the Website. Continued use of the Website or our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
